CUE PLAY ("we", "us", or "our") is a tournament management platform for cue sports. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to be straightforward — no legal fog.
Account information — When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo as provided by the sign-in provider.
Profile information — You may add a display name, country/nationality, and other details to your player profile within the app.
Match and tournament data — Match results, scores, bracket placements, ratings, and performance statistics generated through your participation in tournaments.
Device information — Basic device identifiers, operating system version, and app version collected automatically for troubleshooting and service improvement.
Push notification tokens — If you enable push notifications, we store a device token through Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver match updates and event notifications.

These services are operated by Google and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence.
Your match results, scores, and tournament placements are visible to other users of the platform as part of normal tournament operations (brackets, leaderboards, event pages). This is core to how competitive events work.
We do not share your email address or account credentials with other users. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

We use industry-standard security practices provided by the Firebase platform, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), authenticated API access, and Firestore security rules that restrict data access based on user roles.
No system is 100% secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
CUE PLAY is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of CUE PLAY after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
