CUE PLAY Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using CUE PLAY, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Account
You may sign in with Google, Apple, or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must provide accurate information during registration.
3. Fair Play
Players must score matches honestly. Deliberate mis-scoring or manipulation of ratings may result in account suspension.
4. Tournament Participation
Tournament rules are set by individual organizers. CUE PLAY provides the platform but does not control tournament-specific rules or decisions.
5. App Access
Core CUE PLAY participation and scoring are free. Optional Player Pro and Player Champion subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, with localized prices shown by the store. They renew automatically unless cancelled in the originating store. Cancellation retains access through the paid period; expiry does not delete history. Account deletion does not cancel store billing. Individual tournaments may charge entry fees set and collected by their organizers.
Venue subscriptions are separate from player subscriptions and event entry fees. When venue checkout is available, the current venue owner purchases through the signed-in website using Stripe, with the price, currency and billing period shown at checkout. Manage or cancel an existing venue subscription from that venue subscription screen. Venue billing is bound to the venue and its billing owner; changing the venue owner does not automatically transfer billing.
6. Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy (cueplay.net/privacy). We do not sell personal information to third parties.
7. Content
You retain ownership of content you create (match scores, profile info). By using CUE PLAY, you grant us license to display this content within the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
CUE PLAY is provided "as is". We are not liable for tournament outcomes, rating calculations, or disputes between players.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
