A player plan never controls event participation.
Free players can continue to join supported events and matches. If a paid plan is paused, the profile, rating, results, and history remain intact; only paid insights switch off.
Pricing questions
Clear before you commit.
An event counts when it is published or opened for operations. Drafts do not count, and a multi-day tournament counts as one event. Monthly event allowances do not roll over.
Existing events remain accessible. The venue can wait for the next billing month or move to Venue Champion before publishing another event.
A manager is a team member with permission to operate the venue's events. Venue Pro and Venue Champion can add seats for $10 or ฿340 per manager each month. Extra seats are billed monthly even when the base plan is yearly.
CUE STREAM connectivity is planned for Venue Champion. Streaming hardware, installation, and managed broadcast services will be priced separately when available.
Yes. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. Existing results and history remain available; creating new events or using paid features follows the new plan's limits.
No. Players pay the organizer directly. CUE PLAY supports registration, verification, scoring, and event operations around that payment.
